Here's a little story about me (I don't know, I just want to share this). Around 2019, I sought help from a psychologist in my college. After 2 sessions of counseling, it turned out I was getting better. But lately... I just feel that the problem that was bothering me that day is reoccurring these days. It will ruin my activities; I'm losing focus, demotivated, stressed out. I deeply want to fix this problem and seek help to get solutions to my problem together with me. I know it comes from my mind, myself. But I just don't know how to start it.
